Planning applications are viewed by the Parish Council for comment before being assessed by Uttlesford District Council's Planning Department. Applications are discussed during the Parish Council Meeting held every two months, or where the deadline falls outside of the time scale for these meetings, after circulation to all Councillors. Comments are then sent to UDC Planning department.
Where possible planning applications will be published on this site after they have been received from UDC. Brief details will be given of the application and the relevant application number.
